Russia's draft budget for the next three years envisages funding for the construction of a nuclear power plant in Belarus, Alexander Glukhov, first vice president of Atomstriexport, said during public hearings in the Belarusian town of Astravets. The three-year finding plan and the volume are based on the planned total cost of the project. However, this budget draft has not been approved yet, reports Belapan.
