SCC: We do not know if employees of State Control Committee are late for work
The State Control Committee has blocked the entrances to 35 ministries and departments to punish officials who are late for work again. A similar check-up was organized in November 2008 and resulted in a number of fines.
The number of the detained has not been reported yet. However, ERB got interested whether employees of the SCC could be late themselves and what their punishment was like. We asked the committee’s press service about it. The answer was unexpected:
“I do not know if there are people late for work in the State Control Committee. I have no information about it and I cannot answer this question”.
The head of the SCC Zyanon Lomats claim that he was never late for work several weeks ago.
