CEC member murder suspect identified
Minsk City Investigatory Committee spokesman Aliaksandr Herasimau tells journalists the suspect has been identified.
The crime is not connected with the Central Elections Commission member’s civil and professional activities, BelaPAN reports. It was a domestic murder. Apart from her seat on the Central Elections Commission, Sviatlana KHinevich worked as deputy head of human resources department at liquor factory Krystal.
About 20 criminal investigations are on in connection with the case.
Svyatlana Hinevich was killed on August 4. Her son found her body several days later.
