Tributes paid to Mikhas Yavar on poet's birthday

Poets and Movement for Freedom activists visited the grave of Mikhas Yavar on July 26 to pay tribute to the outstanding Belarusian poet.   Yavar was born in the village of Minyavichy, Masty district, Hrodna region on July 26, 1903. He committed a suicide in 1931.


The group visited Mikhas Yavar Street in Lunna and the poet's grave in Padrabany.
