U2 to make $12 million on VIP-tickets during world tour
Irish rockers from U2 are going to donate part of the money they are going to make during their world tour, reports Lenta.ru.
Bona and the others hope they will make about $12 million on the auction of VIP-tickets and will donate the money to leading organizations fighting AIDS.
The world tour of U2 organized to promote their new album “No Line On the Horizon” will start in Barcelona on June 30. The rockers are going to give concerts all over Europe in summer and to continue their tour in America in September.
By the way, the majority of “ordinary” tickets were sold during the first days of distribution in Europe.
