Ukraine's security council stands against martial law introduction
Andriy Parubiy, secretary of Ukraine's Security Council, tells journalists the council objects to martial law in eastern Ukraine.
“If we introduce the martial law, it will change the whole structure and logic of governing. In fact, it will be an unacceptable pause if we want the operation to be effective," explained Parubiy in the live program "Freedom of Word" at the Ukrainian TV-channel ICTV.
Euroradio reminds, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko announced the end of the fire cease in the East Ukraine on Monday night. The reason for this was the combatants' refusal to fulfill the authorities' demands.
