Uladzimir Arlou visits hunger strikers and urges them to stop the action
Uladzimir Arlou has visited the hunger strikes supporting Mikalai Autuhovich today. A youth activist Yauhen Skrabets has informed ERB that the writer tried to persuade hem into stopping the hunger strike but none of the participants agreed to do it:
Yauhen Skrabets: “Uladzimir Arlou has visited us today, he has presented us his books, expressed his support and joined the request of Ivonka Survila – he has urged us to stop the hunger strike. We have refused because we still want to struggle for some time”.
Other activists keep visiting the hunger strikers in the headquarters of BNF to encourage them or to ask for advice. 29 people have already joined the hunger strike and 6 of them are in the office of BNF. All of them feel okay now.
Nobody is going to stop the hunger strike in the near future. An activist of Malady Front Katsyaryna Salauyova will join them today. She expressed the desire yesterday.
