Winners’ quay to appear in Minsk

Winners’ quay will appear in Minsk in the near future. The construction of the quay near Kamsamolskaye Lake is included in the project of the reconstruction of Winners’ Park. The quay will be paved in granite and there will be motor ships circulating there on work days and on week-ends.
