Yahor Hrustaleu’s car stolen in Moscow
The working visit of a famous Belarusian TV presenter to Moscow has resulted in a disaster – Hrustaleu’s favourite “Toyota” was solen right from the yard of his block of flats.
A security guard of a Minsk car park situated in Winners’ Avenue has showed the car of Hrustaleu’s wife to ERB.
Guard: “I have seen Hrustaleu recently and he said that his “Toyota” had been stolen in Moscow. He even had to bribe policemen to make them start the case quicker. Probably, Hrustaleu came to Minsk because he wanted to borrow his wife’s car – the yellow one over there. But he didn’t. He said a few words and left, he was in a hurry”.
ERB: “Has Hrustaleu’s wife stayed in Minsk?”
Guard: “She has, she lives in this block of flats for some reason”.
ERB has phoned Yahor Hrustaleu in Moscow. Let us remind you that the former presenter of a Belarusian talk-show “Choice” is a producer of special projects working for the STS channel in Moscow now. Yahor Hrustaleu has confirmed that his “Toyota” has been stolen.
“Why do you need to write about it? – replied Hrustaleu. – Yes, my car was stolen right from the yard of my block of flats”.
ERB: “What car was it?”
Yahor Hrustaleu: “Toyota Avensis”, it is good the car had an auto Casco insurance”.
Guard: “I have seen Hrustaleu recently and he said that his “Toyota” had been stolen in Moscow. He even had to bribe policemen to make them start the case quicker. Probably, Hrustaleu came to Minsk because he wanted to borrow his wife’s car – the yellow one over there. But he didn’t. He said a few words and left, he was in a hurry”.

An employee of “Belarusian State Insurance” dealing with auto Casco insurances has informed ERB that all the money should be compensated to the owner in such a situation.
Employee of “Belarusian State Insurance”: “We sign a so-called “expansion agreement” even if you go abroad so the money for the stolen car should be compensated”.
Yahor Hrustaeu has informed ERB that he has already received the money for his “Toyota Avensis”.
