Yelfimov rated 11th ahead of Eurovision semi-finals in Moscow

Belarus' representative at the Eurovision song contest has been rated 11th, according to a report released today ahead of the first semi-final in Moscow. Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland and Turkey top the rating. The Czech Republic is at the bottom rated 18th, reports Belapan. 10 singers will advance to the final. 

But the actual voting by viewers cannot necesserily match the rating figures.
