19:25 Minister of Internal Affaires apologizes for maniac in shoulder-straps

The Belarusian Minister of Internal Affaires has made a public apology to citizens. The reason for it was the fact that such a person as Aliaksandar Syarheychyk used to be a member of the police.
Let us remind you that a trial of the former company commander of Hrodna District department of the Ministry of Internal Affaires is taking place in Hrodna. He is charged with 12 murders and rapes.

By the way, criminal proceedings were instituted against 200 policemen last year. Two thirds of them were sentenced to imprisonment.
