7 Ukrainian soldiers killed in battle near Kramatorsk
8 soldiers have been wounded.
It happened on May 13. Militants ambushed Ukrainian soldiers. Armed militants shot at the Ukrainian soldiers with grenade launchers, ru.tsn.ua reports referring to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense press service.
Over 30 terrorists made an ambush near the river. The first grenade launcher shot hit the engine of one of the APCs that had approached the bridge. The second APC tried pushing the damaged vehicle forward and the soldiers had to fight.
Two soldiers were killed after the first militants’ volley and three were injured. Seven soldiers were killed in the battle. Eight more were wounded.
