Almost all entrepreneurs to be unable to work after July 1
It concerns people selling light industry goods in Belarus.
The new Custom Union rules will be introduced on July 1. Entrepreneurs will have to obtain certificates or a declaration for light industry goods. They will not be able to work without these documents.
Entrepreneurs will discuss further actions on July 24. If they find no solution, 99% of entrepreneurs will become outlawed in July1, head of the entrepreneurs’ union Perspectiva Anatol Shumchanka said.
Shumchanka: “Only those who have certificates corresponding to the demands of the Customs Union will be able to work after July 1. They will need declarations containing laboratory tests data and all the other documents. And there are hardly any entrepreneurs who have the documents in Belarus.”
Euroradio tried to find out what were the rules that 99% of entrepreneurs were not ready to accept earlier.
