Andrei Belyakou elected new Head of Belarusian Republican Youth Union

On January 20, at the 42nd Congress of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, the new leader of the organization was elected. Andrei Belyakou became the first secretary. He has served as second secretary of the Central Committee of the organization since the summer 2013.

Andrei Belyakou has been a member of BRYU since 2000. He began working there as the first secretary of the Gomel District Youth Union Committee. In 2003 he headed the city committee of the organization, in 2008, he became the first secretary of the Gomel Regional Committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union. In recent years, he has been working in Minsk.
