Arrested Ales Pushkin keeps silence?

A painter Ales Pushkin arrested for 13 days is keeping silence in protest against it. The artist’s friend Andrei Alyahnovich has expressed this opinion.
He said that Pushkin had been keeping silence for two days: he was silent in court on December 9 and is silent in the bull-pen now:

Alyahnovich: "I brought a parcel for him this morning. I wanted to pass it to him. He does not talk to the guards. He was lying flat on his back and did not accept the parcel. He was also silent in court yesterday. Actually, he is keeping silence to protest”.

Let us remind you that Pushkin was detained on accusation of a fight with a fellow villager on December 8. Krupki court sentenced him to 13 days of detention for hooliganism.
