Babruisk schools collect 20-30 thousands for school needs

Babruisk schools, lyceums and colleges have obliged their pupils to take 20-30 thousand rubles on school accounts. The legislation does not provide for obligatory payment for secondary education. That is why heads of educational institutions gather parents’ committees every year to make the thing look legal.  Representatives of every class or group are included in the committee. The committee obliges pupils to pay and denotes the sum and the term when it should be paid.
