BCD lodges complaint about Ministry of Justice to Supreme Court
The Ministry of Justice has ignored the ultimatum of the founders of “Belarusian Christian Democracy” and has not presented any information about the issue of its registration. That is why BCD activists will lodge a complaint about the inactivity of the Ministry of Justice to the Supreme Court.
The party’s executive secretary Dzyanis Sadouski has informed ERB about it:
“Documents were sent more than a month ago. A month and a half has passed and we have not received any reply so far. We are not registered and the Ministry of Justice has not explained this issue. We sent them a letter and demanded to explain the situation concerning the registration of the BCD Party three days ago. They have ignored it and we are going to lodge a complaint about the inactivity of the state organ – the Ministry of Justice - to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus today”.
