Belarus eyes construction contracts in exchange for Iraqi oil

Belarus is ready to take part in the reconstruction of ruined objects in Iraq in exchange for oil, Alexander Bialiayeu, the deputy chairman of the housing policy, construction, trade and privatization committee at the House of Representatives. 
Belarusian builders are ready to reconstruct oil mines in Iraq on these conditions, he said.

The Interfax news agency reminds that Iraqi housing and construction minister Bian Dazai is currently visiting Belarus. She expressed interest in bringing Belarusians to work in the construction sector -- to build housing and construction materials plants.
