Belarus national detained with explosives in Moscow

A resident of Belarus with three explosive devices was detained in Moscow. The Belapan news agency reports the operation was carried out by police agents in the south-western part of the Russian capital.
The 44-year-old Belarusian is reportedly a resident of the Mahilyou region.
