Belarus received 500 million dollars of Russian credit

A Russian credit of 500 million dollars has arrived in Belarus today, on March 12. The National Bank of our country has informed about it. Let us remind you that an agreement on allocation of a 2 billion dollar credit from Russia to Belarus was reached last year. The first part of the credit – 1 billion dollars – arrived in Belarus in November, 2008. Russia decided to allocate the other half in two 500 million dollar parts.

BelaPAN, notes that the credit will be used for further development of economic and trade relations between Belarus and Russia, supporting economic potential and the national currency.
