Belarusian citizen with trotyl explosion cartridge detained in Moscow

According to BelaPAN, policemen detained him on the evening of May 6. The 38-year-old inhabitant of Vitsebsk District was stopped by the police for an ID check-up. The man was very nervous and the policeman decided to inspect his bag where they found a 75-gram trotyl explosion cartridge.
A criminal case has been started against the detained. The Belarusian citizen is facing imprisonment for up to three years.
