Belarusian MFA recommends avoiding trips to Egypt
Hundreds of people have been killed and thousands wounded, as a civil war is unfolding in Egypt.
“In connection with a serious political situation in Egypt, the Ministry recommends all Belarusians spending vacations in Egypt to avoid visiting Cairo and other major cities and be very cautious outside hotels,” Belarusian MFA announced.
The MFA has advised that Belarusians planning to spend vacations in the region should “refrain from visiting Egypt until the situation is stabilized”.
There are about a thousand Belarusians in Egypt now. About 550 Minskers are spending vacations in Egyptian resorts now.
