Aliaksandr Lukashenka today delivered the annual State of the Nation's Address.
He gave an example: an enterprise director was thinking how to hide a tractor on the territory before the President’s visit.
"It is bad that we are still working in the manual mode,” Lukashenka said. “I still need to do everything myself but there is no way out,” he confessed.
