Car arson suspect detained in Minsk
The 30-year-old Minsker is suspected of burning 12 cars.
It happened in Frunzenski District on the night of February 23. Cars were set on fire in Adayeuski and Yanka Maur Streets and Pushkin Avenue. A BMW was destroyed and other cars were damaged.
A criminal case for deliberate major dilapidation has been started, BelaPAN reports. The losses total almost 200 million roubles.
Investigators will try to learn the malefactor’s motive.
