Chernobyl victims to be able to change “Soviet” certificates without re-registration

Belarusians affected by the disaster at Chernobyl NPP will have their Soviet certificates exchanged for new ones. At the same time, they will not have to prove their connection with the catastrophe.
The Commission for problems of Chernobyl catastrophe, ecology and nature management has confirmed the information to ERB.
