Concert “Solidary with Belarus” to take place in Warsaw on the eve of Freedom Day
An annual concert “Solidary with Belarus” will be given in Warsaw on March 22. It will start at 4 p.m. CET. The concert has become a tradition and usually takes place in Warsaw before or right after the Belarusian Independence Day (March 25). Its organizer is a Polish initiative “Free Belarus”.
The today’s festival has gone through some financial difficulties – the Polish TV has refused to air and sponsor the concert. As ERB has already informed, the organizers even asked the public for financial assistance in order to be able to give the concert.
Nevertheless, the “Dali” band, the leader of “Jab Club” Yauhen Valoshyn, a former member of “Parason” Andrei “Carp” living in Warsaw now and a Belarusian-Polish project “Honey” have agreed to take part in the concert for free.
