Criminal case started against HC Dynama-Minsk ex-CEO
Maksim Subotkin is arrested and investigators are working with him now, the Investigation Committee reports.
The Investigation Committee has started a criminal case against HC Dynama-Minsk ex-CEO Maksim Subotkin. He is arrested, official spokesperson of the Investigation Committee Yuliya Hancharova told Euroradio.
Hancharova: “The official is charged with ‘power abuse that resulted in major losses’ according to p.3 of article 424 of the Criminal Code.”
Investigators are working with the suspect now. The Investigation Committee is studying the criminal case.
HC Minsk-Dynama CEO Maksim Subotkin was dismissed on July 17. A check-up was conducted in the club. The Observation Council decided to dismiss Subotkin after that.
Subotkin became the director of HC Dynama-Misnk in 2013. He used to work in Shynnik earlier.
Uladzimir Berazhkou has been appointed temporary acting CEO of the hockey club.
