Delegation of European Commission to visit Belarus
A delegation of the European commission headed by the deputy director of the general board of directors for trade of the EC Peter Balash will visit Belarus on January 25 and 26.
BelTA informs that a meeting of Peter Balash and the deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Andrei Yaudochanka is planned to take place during the visit. They are supposed to discuss some issues of the trade and economic relations between our country of the EU. Among them are the issue of Belarus’ membership in the World Trade Organization and the EU’s recognition of the Belarusian market economy, etc.
They will also consider the possible influence of the creation of the Customs Union of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan on the bilateral trade between Belarus and the EU.
