Depardieu approves of freeloaders tax in Belarus
This is excellent, the actor thinks.
French actor Gérard Depardieu has approved of the Belarusian freeloaders tax. He announced it on Belarus 1. The programme was shown on the evening of July 26.
"The unemployed have to pay a fine at some moment in Lukashenka’s state. This is excellent,” RBK quotes Depardieu.
The actor visited Belarus at the beginning of the last week. He also visited Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s residence in Astrashytski Haradok near Minsk. The Belarusian President showed the French actor how to mow manually there.
The so-called freeloaders tax was introduced by Lukashenka and supported by Belarusian lawmakers.
