Detainee dies in pre-trial cell in Zhodzina
A detainee has died in a pre-trial cell in the town of Zhodzina, Minsk region. BELTA reports that the 47-year-old man detained for petty hooliganizm deteriorated quickly and died with an amulance team present. The cause of the death is yet to be determined.
