Emmanuel Zeltzer to undergo extensive medical check-up in January
An American citizen Emmanuel Zeltzer serving a three-year sentence in Belarus will undergo an additional extensive medical check-up by the end of January.
Dzmitry Harachka, the lawyer, has informed that the decision was taken after a complex check-up conducted on Zeltzer on January 6.
According to the lawyer, there were three doctors in the commission – representatives of the Ministry of Healthcare, State Security Committee and the penal department of the Ministry of Internal Affaires. They drew a preliminary medical certificate.
Zeltzer’s deceases are listed in it and preliminary treatment and additional check-up are indicated there. The prisoner will stay in prison hospital. He was delivered there after his arrival in Mahileu colony #15.
