Belarus refills reserves after selling foreign currency bonds and collecting export duties on petrochemical products.
They will assess Belarus’ financial sector in two weeks.
This was announced by chairman of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange Andrei Aukhimenia.
Belarus' foreign debt has reached $12.5 billion after growing $5.5 million since the beginning of the year.
The agricultural sector accounted for the biggest number of loss-making enterprises in 2015.
The size of the surplus is 1.7% of GDP.
The suggestion was made on February 18.
Net purchase in the last month amounted to 189 million dollars.
“It is too expensive to borrow from banks at the moment,” BATE FC owner Anatol Kapski announced on Belarus Television.
