Fire in Niamiha sewer leaves part of Minsk without Internet and TV
Subscribers to Cosmos TV, Beltelecom and Atlant Telecom had issues with the internet and digital TV.
On the evening of December 9, wiring in the Niamiha sewer caught fire. Portal tut.by received this information form the spokesman of the Minsk City MES office Vital Dembouski. According to eyewitnesses, rescuers and emergency crews arrived at the scene.
Fire affected the work of ISPs. There is information about the problems with access to the Internet and subsciber to the digital television Cosmos TV, Beltelecom and Atlant Telecom.
It is reported that the traffic of the ByFly subscribers was running through backup channel. Kosmos-TV reports that there is no internet access in the Mahiliouskaya, Varanyanskaga, Zhukouskaga, Mayakouskaga streets, as well as in city districts Druzhba, Malinauka, Paudnyovy Zahad, Chyzhouka, Zakhad, Kuntsaushchyna and Skharava.
