Gorillaz’ “banana” film to be out on DVD
A documentary “Bananaz” dedicated to the history of a virtual band Gorillaz will be out on DVD.
A 90-minute film by Kerry Levi presented to the public during Berlin Film festival in 2008 will appear in shops on June 1. “Bananaz” will tell the real story of the super popular cartoon band.
The film will tell about “the offstage life” of Gorillaz including the process of “reviving” members of the band and their preparation for “live” performances. Fans will also see the members of the band who used to try to remain behind the scenes, writes @Music.
