Government to decide on salary increase for Belarusian teachers

He said that the issue of raising teachers' salaries was considered at the meeting, as it had been discussed for a long time. Maskevich informed Lukashenka about the proposals that had been made in the Council of Ministers. 

"I think that the government will soon adopt a corresponding resolution,"  Syargei Maskevich was quoted by BELTA. 

Alyaksandr Lukashenka ordered preparation of a special meeting where the fundamental issues of education will be discussed in detail, its current status analyzed and its development strategy for the near future defined.
