Interior minister inspecting Pinsk

Belarus' interior minister has been touring the Brest region.  In Pinsk, Anetol Kulyashou held a conference with local police chiefs. He raised concern about the rising in drug abuse and corruption in the city.

 

The minister drives an Audi car without announcing his route in advance.
