Iryna Khalip allowed to leave Belarus to join her husband
She was detained in Minsk airport for half an hour.
Before the customs control, the security officers took her passport and said they would contact the KGB as she was on some KGB list, reports Radio Liberty.
Half an hour later, the journalist got her passport back and was allowed to proceed to the registration and the customs control. Iryna managed to inform this to her mother before departure.
On July 19, Iryna Khalip was released from probation term for participation in the Square-2010. Now she can travel freely, and visit her husband who got political asylum in Great Britain.
