Leader of United Civil Party detained in Minsk

The leader of the United Civil Party Anatol Lyabedzka has been detained in Minsk. Policemen have also detained UCP activist Alyaksandr Stsepanenka together with him. They were giving out information leaflets about the anti-crisis platform of the UDF near Kamarouski market at the moment of detention, reports BelaPAN.
