Lukashenka signs agreement on creation of Collective Forces

The Belarusian President has taken a political decision to sign the agreement on the CSTO's Collective Rapid Reaction Forces creation. The head of the standing commission for national security of the House of Representatives Victar Huminski has informed ERB about it.
Victar Huminski: “The political decision has been taken. The legal results will come further. I do not know how it will happen – I am not a specialist in the field. But the decree mentioning that the Republic of Belarus will sign the CSTO agreement does exist”.

Victar Humniski has refused to discuss the further ratification of the issue. He says it is a technical problem he is not really good at.
