Lukashenka visits Arab Emirates
A summit meeting took place in the Arab Emirates. The Belarusian President Aliaksandar Lukashenka and the UAE President Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahayan discussed perspectives of a contract in the field of investments and the possibility of development of economic cooperation.
A number of international agreements were signed during the official visit of Aliaksandar Lukashenka to the United Arab Emirates.
The agreement about air transport service relations was signed by the Belarusian Minister of transport and communications Uladzіmіr Sasnouskі and the Minister of Governmental Sector Development Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri.
Agreements on military and technical cooperation and cooperation between the Belarusian State University and the United Arab Emirates University were signed. A memorandum on cooperation in the sphere of security was also intoduced.
The mayor of Minsk Mіkhaіl Paulau and head of the department of municipal and rural affairs of Abu-Dhabi Juaan Salem Al Daheri signed an agreement about friendly relations between the capitals of the two countries, reports “Interfax”.
