MTZ-RIPA to become Partisan, Tractor, Arsenal or Belarus
The Minsk club will finish the contest for its new name till the end of the week. Its founders have been offered 10 or 12 variants.
FC MTZ-RIPA will have another name next season. The contest started for it will finish this week. The club’s director Lyudas Rumbutis has enumerated the names sent by fans in an interview with ERB.
Lyudas Rumbutis: "We have been offered 40 or 50 names, among them are: MTZ-Tractor, Tractor, Partisan, Arsenal, Capital, Belarus… We will select 10 or 12 names and offer them to the founders. Let them chose. The campaign will finish this week”.
Let us remind you that the decision to change the name is explained by the fact that many people do not know what the abbreviation RIPA means (Republican Institute for Professional Education).
