MTZ-RIPA football club's site hacked, poll results changed
MTZ and Partisan names were topping the polls just yesterday, but 5000 voted were added unexpectedly to Tractor last night.
The internet polling to pick a new name for the Minsk-based football club MTZ-RIPA was almost thwarted, after MTZ and Partisan were leading the polls.
Team's managers reckon that change in the polling was possible only due to a hacking attack on the official web site of the club.
Club's CEO Ludas Rumbutsis told Euroradio they are now checking the 'night votes'.
