"Narodnaya Volya": Sheiman may head Belarusian railway

The former secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Victar Sheiman may be appointed head of the Belarusian railway. “Narodnya Volya” has informed about it referring to its own sources.
As everybody knows, the former head of the railway Uladzimir Zharela became a deputy of the House of Representatives last year. Nobody has been appointed to this position since then. Uladzimir Lapitski is its acting head. Rumours about the appointment of Sheiman to the position of the head of the Belarusian railway are not commented by its administration.
