Norman Four to meet in Berlin
The leaders of Germany, Russia, Ukraine and France will meet in Berlin to discuss the implementation of the Minsk agreements over eastern Ukraine.
Representatives of the Norman Four (Germany, Russia, Ukraine and France) will meet in Berlin on the evening of April 13. The states will be represented by their Foreign Ministers, BELTA reports.
As usual, the situation in Ukraine and the realisation of Minsk agreements will be the main topics on the agenda.
The today’s meeting may begin a new stage of peace negotiations, political observers think. The political part of Minsk agreements should be fulfilled after the ceasefire and removal of heavy artillery.
