“Nuclear security” maneuvers to take part in Belarus in 2010
Large-scale maneuvers needed to guarantee the safety of construction and functioning of the Belarusian NPP will be organized in 2010. “BelTA” informs about it referring to the KGB Information and Public Relations Centre.
State security institutions will work out their actions during attempts to prevent the construction of the Belarusian NPP. The manurevres will also include control over transportation and usage of nuclear and radioactive materials. KGB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Emergency Control Ministry and other institutions will be involved in the maneuvers. Cooperation of all departments and services will be worked through too.
