Officials in Hrodna region ask workers to be patient

The heads of district councils in the Hrodna region have traveled for the past two weeks to enterprises in order to explain workers the policy of the government during the crisis. The visists could be observed in all of the districts in the region.
In Shchychyn, Henrykh Vilkevich, the head of the local administration, said the two major factories in town -- a dairy and Avtoprovod that are main contributors to the district's budget -- are in dire straits due to the crisis. But, the official also said that the economic development would continue and that hard work and saving by every local residents could help get of the difficult situation.
