Minsk is to host a
conference on April 22 on participation of NGOs in the Eastern Partnership
program. Members of the European Commission's delegation in Minsk and NGO representatives are expected to
take part. Participants are expected to
discuss the structure and functions of the Civic Society Forum that will be set
up within the framework of the program to develop contacts among NGOs and
between NGOs and the authorities.
The organizers have invited
Foreign Minister Syarhey Martynau and Uladzimir Makey, head of the Presidential
Administration.
