Pages in social networks and YouTube videos to be blocked in Belarus
A few communities in different social networks and videos of political actions on YouTube are going to be blocked in Belarus.
The black list of Belarusian websites was expanded by 8 points on July 23, 42.tut.by refers to an information source. A few Facebook, VKontakte and Twitter communities and YouTube videos of some political actions are going to be blacklisted. A personal page on VKontatke is also on the list.
All the pages will be blocked due to the presence of materials the court considers to be extremist. It will be done according to the Law on Mass media. Internet service providers will have to block the content within a day. The websites will be blocked by IP, DNS and URL.
