Polish spies caught in Belarus
The Belarusian KGB claimed they had arrested Polish agents, reports “Interfax” referring to a source in KGB.
According to the information agency, criminal cases according to the article “betrayal of the state” have been started against five people. One of them is a Russian citizen. Nothing was reported about the current location of the suspects.
It is unknown what the possible spies are accused of. Let us remind you that the article of the Criminal Code presupposes imprisonment from 7 to 15 years. If the activities lead to a murder the accused may be sentenced to a life imprisonment or to death penalty.
