Poll: Only 44 percent say crisis is long-term

Only 44 percent of Belarusians agree that the current crisis will be long-term or there will be no way out of the turmoil, Russia-based VCIOM pollster said in a poll report released together Research & Branding Group and the Minsk-based NOVAK Laboratory. In Ukraine, 69 percent of those polled shared this opinion. In Russia, this answer is shared by 58 percent of the polled.

32 percent of Belarusians said the situation would stabilize soon against 25 percent in Russia and only 17 percent in Ukraine.
